Returns and Refunds

 

 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us.

 

 

Returns

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

Your item must be returned in its original state, unused, as new.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

You must provide proof of purchase. 

 

Exceptions

 

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless damaged/faulty, these include:

 

  • Any personalised items, which have been made to order.

  • Any commissioned pieces or bespoke items.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original payment method.

 

You will receive a credit from us within a 7 working days.

 

If an item is faulty, it should still be returned to us so that we can assess the issue in order to resolve it appropriately. We will offer a replacement or a refund depending on what you would prefer. 

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are only refunded if the item is found to be faulty/not fit for purpose.
